Today, we're excited to announce the launch of the Fern Developer Dashboard, accessible at https://dashboard.fernhq.com, and the Builder Tier Pricing Plan.

We know that Fern only works if we can offer an exceptional developer experience to our builders. As a result, we are constantly looking for ways to break down barriers and make it even more seamless and easy for developers to build with Fern. With this release, we're excited to enable the following improvements to the builder experience:

• Open access — Anyone can create an account at https://dashboard.fernhq.com and sign up to use the Fern API

• No more KYB — Instead of having to go through full KYB as part of the onboarding experience, developers can answer a few simple questions about their organization and use case. That's right, no more KYB for developers! These questions help us understand what you're building so we can tailor our experience for you, and to customize branding on our hosted forms with your organization's name and logo

• NEW Builder tier pricing — Today, we are also introducing a $0 monthly fee Builder tier with new pricing. Builders pay only for what they use, across transactions, wallets, compliance, and more. You can prefund your billing wallet with USDC on our supported chains to gain access to paid features in the API. The big win here is that anyone can gain access to our global money movements without needing to commit to any sort of monthly fee, minimum, or annual contract! • In-app support — You can now talk to our support team directly through the Developer Dashboard by opening the chat menu on the bottom righthand corner of the screen.

As part of our effort to continually improve the Fern developer community and experience, we're bringing support back to Discord! Join our Discord server (https://discord.gg/fernhq) to join the action. You can ask questions on our #help forum and our team will be notified of the request! Builders are also welcome to chat in #builder-chat for collaboration, working together, and general support requests.

Other API updates to be aware of:

• Crypto to crypto wallet transfers no longer need to have a $1 minimum value

• SGD offramps were experiencing intermittent issues, but are back online

• It is now possible to conduct multiple ARS onramps simultaneously for the same customer

• KYC API bug fixes and updates

  • We plan to deprecate the taxIdNumber field in favor of nationalIdNumber (currently both work, but we will announce a date for deprecation of taxIdNumber soon)

  • We added a nationality field

  • We added a nationalIdIssuingCountry field that you can use to know which ID type to ask for

  • We plan to deprecate title from the KYC API as well in a future release (currently supported for backwards compatibility)

• KYB API is now in prod!
